For the finished rolls you keep meaning to develop.

Bring those moments out of the drawer.

Send us the finished film from your trips, family days and everything in between. We’ll help you organize a mixed order, then develop, scan and email the photos waiting on those rolls.

A few rolls. One unfinished task.

You remember the trip, but not quite what is on every roll. Some are in canisters, some are still in disposable cameras. You can start with the ones you can identify and put them into one order.

  • Several rolls with different labels?
  • A disposable camera mixed in with the canisters?
  • Unsure how much postage the whole pile needs?

Back to the places. Back to the people.

A view you stopped for. A face you wanted to remember. Your gallery gives those photographed moments a place to be seen, saved and shared. Older film can be unpredictable; we cannot promise every photo will be recovered.

Add matching rolls together, then add any different supported film or services. We develop each roll, make the scans you selected and email your gallery. Download the files and keep a backup of the memories you want to hold on to.

Included with each roll
Development, your selected scan tier, and an emailed gallery. Supported here: 35mm color, 35mm black & white, disposable cameras and color half-frame.
View, download, share
Open the gallery on a phone or computer. Save photos, a roll or everything, and share the link with people you choose. Download and back up files before the gallery’s availability date.
Optional, paid choices
4×6 prints and cut or uncut negative returns. Inbound postage and physical-item return shipping are separate from developing and scanning.

Kyle and Paulina holding film packages at their lab

Meet your lab.

We’re Kyle and Paulina. Your pile of finished film comes to our lab in Walla Walla, where we develop and scan it ourselves. If a roll’s label is unfamiliar, ask us about it before ordering—we do not want you guessing at an unsupported process.

Color film is processed on our Noritsu QSF-V30; black & white is developed by hand. We scan on the Noritsu LS-1100 and email when your rolls are checked in and when the gallery is ready.

From here to your photos.

  1. Build your order

Gather exposed rolls and used disposables. Identify each from the outside, add matching ones with a quantity, then add other supported types separately.

  2. Pack it safely

Cushion all the film in one secure package. Leave canisters closed and disposables whole. Put the same order number inside and outside.

  3. Send it our way

Mail your package to the lab, or use The Showroom drop box in Walla Walla. Choose postage for the actual packed weight.

  4. Look for check-in

We email when your package is opened and the rolls are logged. A carrier’s delivered notice is not lab check-in.

  5. Open your gallery

After development and scanning, we email your gallery. View the photos, download your files and share the link.

Usually 3–7 business days from when we open your package and log your rolls. Busy periods can take longer. Carrier transit and delivery are separate from this estimate.

Choose what fits.

You can make one set of choices for matching rolls and different choices for the rest. The form groups identical services so the order stays easy to review.

Standard 2KJPEG

JPEGs for revisiting your photos on screen and sharing them.

Pro 4KJPEG

JPEGs with extra cropping room for your favorite details.

SuperPro TIFFTIFF

Larger TIFF files if you plan to work on the photographs in an editor.

Illustration of optional 4×6 prints

Paper photos. Original film.

Choose 4×6 prints now, or wait and print favorites from the gallery. Choose returned negatives if you want the original film as well as a backup of your digital files.

Cut & Sleeved returns your film in strips in sleeves. Uncut & Sleeved returns it uncut in a sleeve. Don’t Return Them means no negatives back. Prices update in the form when you choose.

Getting film to us

Our Mailing Label is prepaid postage TO the lab, emailed after payment, for a packed package under 1 pound. Choose My Own Postage for heavier boxes and buy postage for the actual weight. My Own Postage means no label purchased from us—not free carrier postage.

Getting physical items back

Return shipping for prints or negatives is separate and calculated at checkout. The inbound label does not cover that trip. Local drop-box orders still need return shipping if physical items are coming back.

A few good questions.

Something specific about your film?

Ask Kyle & Paulina
Can I order several rolls at once?

Yes. Choose the service for one type of roll and use the quantity control for matching rolls. Add them to Your Order, then configure the next group. One disposable camera counts as one roll.

Can I mix film types and scan choices?

Yes, for the supported options: 35mm color, 35mm black & white, disposable cameras and color half-frame. Add each different configuration separately. Half-frame black & white needs a check with us first.

What if the film is old or poorly stored?

Age, heat and storage can affect color, contrast and the recorded images. Results are unpredictable, and we cannot promise recovery of every photograph. Ask us about unknown film or older processes before ordering.

How do I identify an unknown roll?

Read only the outside label. Contact us with a photo of that label if you are unsure. Never open a canister or camera to look at exposed film; this order form does not cover every film format or historical process.

Can everything go in one package?

Yes, for the supported rolls included in the same order. Use padding and a secure package, leave disposable cameras whole, and include the order number inside and outside. Weigh the complete package before choosing postage.

Which postage should I choose?

The Mailing Label is prepaid postage TO the lab for a packed package under 1 pound. It is emailed after payment. For heavier packages, choose My Own Postage and buy postage for the actual packed weight. My Own Postage means no label purchased from us; your carrier still charges for postage. Return shipping for prints or negatives is separate and calculated at checkout.

Should all my rolls get the same scans?

Standard 2K gives you JPEGs for everyday viewing and sharing. Pro 4K gives you JPEGs with more room to crop. SuperPro TIFF gives you larger files for an editing workflow. Every option includes digital scans; prints and negative returns are optional. They do not all have to match: choose each group’s service based on how you want to use those photos.

How will the gallery arrive, and how do I keep it?

Usually 3–7 business days from when we open your package and log your rolls. Busy periods can take longer. A carrier’s delivered notification is not lab check-in: look for our film received email. We email again when your gallery is ready. We email one private gallery link to the ordering customer. View your rolls on a phone or computer, download photos or entire rolls, and share the link with people you choose. No account is needed to open it. Save your files somewhere safe and check the gallery’s availability date. Optional prints and returned negatives give you physical copies or originals too; choose them deliberately in the form.

What if a whole roll is blank?

If a roll comes back blank, a free roll credit lands in your gallery. One per order.

Start with the rolls in front of you.

Add matching rolls together, then the next type. Review the whole order before choosing delivery.
