As a husband-and-wife film lab, we do not accept film containing nudity, pornography, harm to self or others, or sexually explicit content. Any such submissions will be discarded without processing, and no refunds will be provided.

What are processing times?
2-7 business days after receiving your film.
How do I ship my Film?
Use your own method, or add a pre-paid mailing label by clicking "Add" under Delivery Options (for under 1-pound packages), emailed to you.
How do I get my negatives back?
If you’d like your negatives returned, just add our Return Negatives Add-On to your order. You can choose how you’d like them sent back—cut and sleeved, uncut and sleeved, or not returned at all. It’s completely up to you!
What kind of film can you develop?
- 35mm
- Color C-41, Black+White film.
What equipment do you use to develop & scan film?
Develop: We develop color film using the Noritsu V30 processor to ensure consistent and high-quality results.
For black-and-white film, each roll is hand-developed using a specialized chemistry.
Scan: We use a Noritsu autofeed scanner running EZ Controller. Stay tuned for Frontier Scans.
Do I receive physical prints with my order?
We don’t offer prints just yet—but we’re cooking something up. Stay tuned ;)
