Choose each roll’s film, scans and extras. Add your rolls, then choose how they get to us.

Pack your film with the order number. Mail it or use the Walla Walla drop box. Send disposables whole.
3. Film receipt
We email when your package is opened and your rolls are logged. Carrier delivery happens separately.
4. Develop & scan
Kyle and Paulina develop the film and make the digital scans you selected.
5. Open your gallery
Watch for the email. View, download and share your photos from one private link.

Good to Know
Can I mix different rolls?
Yes. Configure one kind, choose its quantity, and Add to Order. Then configure the next kind. Open a group in Your Order to edit or remove individual rolls. A disposable camera counts as one roll. Send it whole.
How do I send my film?
Pack rolls or whole disposable cameras securely in a padded package or box. Write your developing order number outside and include it inside. Mail to CreativeRoom Film Lab, 306 Columbia St, Walla Walla, WA 99362. For local drop off, use The Showroom, 70 N Colville St, Walla Walla. These are different destinations.
What does the Mailing Label cover?
The Mailing Label is prepaid postage TO the lab for a packed package under 1 pound. It is emailed after payment. For heavier packages, choose My Own Postage and buy postage for the actual packed weight. My Own Postage means no label purchased from us; your carrier still charges for postage. Return shipping for prints or negatives is separate and calculated at checkout.
When will my scans be ready?
Usually 3 through 7 business days from when we open your package and log your rolls. Busy periods can take longer. A carrier’s delivered notification is not lab film receipt: look for our film received email. We email again when your gallery is ready.
Which scan option should I choose?
Standard 2K gives you JPEGs for everyday viewing and sharing. Pro 4K gives you JPEGs with more room to crop. SuperPro TIFF gives you larger files for an editing workflow. Every option includes digital scans; prints and negative returns are optional.
How do I save and share the photos?
We email one private gallery link to the ordering customer. View your rolls on a phone or computer, download photos or entire rolls, and share the link with people you choose. No account is needed to open it. Save your files somewhere safe and check the gallery’s availability date.
Can I keep my negatives?
Yes. Choose Cut & Sleeved or Uncut for each roll you want returned. Negatives are your physical originals. If you choose Don’t Return Them, they will not come back to you. Return shipping is separate at checkout, including for local drop box orders.
Can I order prints later?
Yes. Add 4×6 prints of every photo when configuring a roll, or choose your favorites from the delivered gallery later and buy prints through Shopify. Prints are optional and their shipping is separate.
What if a roll is blank?
If a roll comes back blank, a free roll credit lands in your gallery. One per order.

We serve U.S. customers only. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
As a husband and wife film lab, we do not accept film containing nudity, pornography, harm to self or others, or sexually explicit content. Any such submissions will be discarded without processing, and no refunds will be provided.
This policy reflects our heart to cultivate a safe, welcoming environment for creatives of all ages. Thank you for understanding.
